The Injen Evolution cold air intake is a fantastic system for your Toyota 86, Scion FR-S, and Subaru BRZ, whether you’re looking for looks or performance gains. But the placement of its ram air scoop means it’s susceptible to water entering during heavy rainfall. Well, Injen offers a rain guard for that.
The rain guard will help protect your ram air scoop during heavy rainfalls, ensuring that everything works perfectly as intended. Note that during very rainfall, especially when going through standing water, you will still need to be very careful. This won’t turn your 86, FR-S, or BRZ into a submarine; but it will help prevent water from entering the intake system. Still, best avoid those pesky water puddles.
This rain guard is made specifically for the Injen Evolution cold air intake system, part number EVO2001 for the Toyota 86, Scion FR-S, and Subaru BRZ. Will not work with other Injen Evolution systems.
