  • Improved Performance – Properly maintained air filters can enhance performance and fuel efficiency.
  • Reusable Filters – You don’t need to purchase new filters every time. Just clean and re-oil them, and your engine will remain in good condition. This saves you money on buying new filters.
  • Better Filtration/Airflow – Air filters use cotton/oil to provide better filtration and airflow.Regular cleaning and re-oiling not only improve performance but also ensure better filtration for the engine.
  • Fuel Economy – Improved airflow leads to better fuel economy. More airflow into the engine reduces fuel consumption, saving you money at the pump.
  • Power Boost – Increases vehicle horsepower by 1-4%. The filter adds overall horsepower and torque, although the smaller percentage may not be easily noticeable.
  • Washable – Easy to maintain. With a filter oil kit and cleaning products, you can easily clean and re-oil the filter, making it cost-effective.
  • Extended Engine Life – Air filters have larger pores or gaps between filtration fibers, allowing more air to pass through and cool the engine, thereby extending its lifespan.
  • Innovative Design – Utilizes an oil cotton media layered design, providing more airflow compared to traditional paper filters.

Routine maintenance Instructions:

    • 1. After removing the filter element, use a soft brush or cleaning product to clean the dust attached to the filter.
    • 2. Spray the cleaning agent evenly on the surface and wait for 5-8 minutes.
    • 3. Rinse the filter with low-pressure water from the clean side to the dirty side to remove dust and dirt.
    • 4. After rinsing, gently shake off the water from the filter or let it air dry naturally.
    • 5. Do not use an air gun or hairdryer to dry. Using such methods may damage the original material of the filter.
    • 6. Squeeze-on oiling (use K&N 99-5050): After air drying, apply a thin layer of K&N red oil on the clean filter element (apply to about 30% of the total area, the oil will gradually penetrate the entire area without dripping). The application of the oil should be light, thin, and even for maximum effectiveness.
    • 7. Reinstall the cleaned and oiled filter element, making sure the screws are securely fastened during installation.

Note: It is recommended to clean the filter every 5,000 kilometers to ensure smooth engine breathing and no delay in horsepower output!
