Description
If you’re looking for Lexus IS300 brake pads, consider the Hawk HPS (Hawk Performance Street) pads. As the name suggests, these are high-performance street pads that will offer more braking performance than the OEM ones.
The Hawk HPS brake pads for Lexus IS300 are also gentle on the rotors, and Hawk claims a smooth braking feel. These are excellent for IS300s with minor performance upgrades and for the spirited drivers.
A couple of things to note, these brake pads can withstand short periods of track use, but you’ll need to keep an eye out for signs of overheating and brake fades. Hawk pads will only work with metal or iron brake discs, and will not work with ceramic discs.
Note: front and rear pads are not interchangeable, but we recommend using the same brand and series of pads and rotors between the front and rear.
