Factory sway bars are typically a compromise between cost, comfort, and performance. If you find your vehicle has too much roll in the corners, we’re happy to help you improve your handling performance with this Eibach sway bar kit for the Toyota 86, Scion FR-S, and Subaru BRZ.

Eibach’s sway bar kit includes the front and rear sway bar, as well as the mounting bushings that you will need for installation. The front is 25mm in diameter, while the rear is 19mm. Additionally, both the front and rear sway bars are two-way adjustable. So, you can tune the stiffness to your preference and needs.

While they’re tubular (hollow) sway bars, don’t let that put you off. This Eibach sway bar kit is much larger in diameter than the 86, FR-S, and BRZ’s OEM sway bars (stock: 18mm front, 14mm rear). The larger diameter will result in increased stiffness and a sharper handling feel.

We recommend a sway bar upgrade if you feel there’s too much body roll while cornering. A stronger sway bar such as this will reduce body roll, allowing your outside tires to find traction and resulting in better handling. Note that if you have pitching or diving issues, you’re better off upgrading your shocks instead.
