Pay the core charge up front – we ship your product immediately. If your cores meet our inspection qualifications, you’ll receive a full refund for the core charge.
Send in your cores first – once we receive and inspect them, your purchased product will be shipped. Note that inventory availability could change during this delay.

Core Return Policy:
Full credit: Core returned within 90 days in rebuildable condition, “as removed from engine.”
Half credit: Slightly damaged housing or components.
No credit: Seized units, cracked heads, fire/rust damage, or returned after 90 days.
Before returning:
Remove all fittings
Drain all fluids
Package securely to avoid leaks or shipping damage
Reuse original shipping materials if possible
Clearly mark box “Core Return” and include Invoice/Order # inside and outside the box
Keep your tracking number and invoice details until credit is confirmed. We cannot process core returns by customer name alone.
