When purchasing a product with a core requirement, you have two options:

1. Pay the core charge up front – we ship your product immediately. If your cores meet our inspection qualifications, you’ll receive a full refund for the core charge.

2. Send in your cores first – once we receive and inspect them, your purchased product will be shipped. Note that inventory availability could change during this delay.

Core Return Policy:

• Full credit: Core returned within 90 days in rebuildable condition, “as removed from engine.”

• Half credit: Slightly damaged housing or components.

• No credit: Seized units, cracked heads, fire/rust damage, or returned after 90 days.

Before returning:

• Remove all fittings

• Drain all fluids

• Package securely to avoid leaks or shipping damage

• Reuse original shipping materials if possible

• Clearly mark box “Core Return” and include Invoice/Order # inside and outside the box

Keep your tracking number and invoice details until credit is confirmed. We cannot process core returns by customer name alone.
