This dipstick holder is needed when using a Blacktop 20V dipstick on a 7A Block. 
This is 3D printed on a commercial grade, industrial printer out of a high temp and high vibration resistant Nylon and has been in use since 2011 on the Battle Garage Shop Car.  This piece drops the mounting point down about 1.5 cm from the 7A mounting hole, enabling the 20V OEM dipstick holder to work on your 7A 20V conversion.
