The ZERONINE DESIGN intercooler upgrade allows you to optimise the performance of your Mk8/8.5 Fiesta ST, providing a substantial reduction to charge air temperature, increasing and maintaining your vehicle’s power and torque output.

Using a 107% larger high-performance competition bar and plate alloy core, with high-flow cast end tanks for more efficient flow characteristics versus the OE item, the ZERONINE DESIGN alloy intercooler delivers enhanced cooling, with minimal pressure drop, ensuring optimum charge air temperature and power.

Designed to work with the OEM intercooler pipework and requiring no cutting to existing components at all, the 09D intercooler upgrade is a straight forward installation on your car.
