By using a lightly-oiled synthetic cotton gauze material that we call Hyperflow™, ZERONINE Design air filters provide the ultimate in both airflow and filtration properties plus, thanks to a multi-stage manufacturing process, our filters also result in virtually no seepage of the frame material into the filter media.

That also translates to a larger comparable filter area and more surface airflow than the equivalent sized filters from some other well-known brands.
