The ZERONINE DESIGN carbon induction kit for Mk7 Fiesta ST includes a beautifully engineered HVF (High Volume Flow) carbon fibre air filter housing, which thanks to its natural heat-resistant properties and combined with the supplied dual-entry air filter, provides virtually un-compromised airflow to your 4-cylinder turbocharged engine.
This kit includes an enlarged internal bore matt-finish carbon fibre filter assembly that evenly distributes cold air being drawn in from the dual-entry air filter and factory front air feed, as well as acting as a thermal barrier, shielding the filter from unwanted engine bay heat.
Engineered to deliver the ultimate performance and sound upgrade for owners of Mk7 Fiesta ST models that wish to use an open-cone setup.
Suitable for standard vehicles and all stages of power output – recommended for vehicles running in excess of 240PS / 340Nm.
Note: as carbon fibre is a man-made manufacturing process, small differences in the finish of parts is completely normal.

The ZERONINE DESIGN carbon fibre assembly is fully rubber mounted to provide compliance to the native engine movement, preventing unwanted interference or rubbing. It’s also supplied with a carbon air feed, a lower air feed hose and a larger-bore silicone induction hose to ensure
maximum cold air in and out of the
filter housing, with minimal pressure drop.

Thanks to the carefully CFD optimised large-bore carbon intake and air feed, together with our bespoke dual-entry air filter, this kit delivers maximum cold air where it matters, with minimal pressure drop – and thanks to the natural thermal properties of carbon fibre, you get an in-built heatshield, too.
