Description

Delivering the ultimate in stopping performance for owners of the Mk8/8.5 Fiesta ST is the ZERONINE DESIGN lightweight 909 brake upgrade, consisting of 4-piston T-6066 forged monobloc calipers and a fully-floating grooved 330x24mm FH25 cast carbon steel disc-bell assembly.

This brake upgrade has been engineered specifically for the Fiesta ST based on owner’s typical performance requirements, wheel clearance, aesthetics and with optimal pedal modulation in mind.

Note: The kit will fit under the ZERONINE DESIGN Assetto Gara wheel option without the need for spacers. To clear OE wheels, you will need a minimum 10mm wheel spacer.

The 909 variant takes things further still with the careful selection of materials and finishes that are better suited to track use due to their ability to withstand much higher temperatures
The 6-piston forged monobloc caliper is machined from a more expensive – and more durable, T6-6066 series aluminium, before being treated to our ultra durable hard anodised finish.

The standard steel pistons and seals are also replaced with ultra-durable lightweight Titanium units – boasting a much higher resistance to issues normally experienced with extreme heat build-up when used in track applications

Our premium spec 909 ZERONINE DESIGN brake upgrade kits are supplied with the ultra high performance EBC RP-X track compound pad set for the ultimate stopping power.

*The 909 version is supplied with non-R90 approved track pads and should not be used on the public highway without R90 approved pads (our standard pad option is R90 approved).

FC25 CARBON STEEL, TWO-PIECE FLOATING ROTOR DESIGN

As with our calipers, our rotors are equally feature-rich and crafted from the best materials available for the intended use
ROTORS
Produced from FC-25 steel mixed with carbon, this blend of materials helps to minimise expansion rates under extreme heat, minimising the chance of permanent distortion which can occur under extreme use. Our unique grooved design also helps to deglaze pads and maintain the optimal braking surface
BELLS
Using a proprietary fully-floating bobbin drive system means you get the ultimate in performance, whilst the T6-6066 aluminium bell is treated to our 909 spec hard anodised finish
